We want you to be fully satisfied with your Instant Pot purchase; if you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals provided at the time of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your Instant Pot in its original box, ensuring all components like the inner pot, steam rack, and power cord are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
